The fireplace mantle and its supports are also made with sinker cypress. Boardwalk, deck and dock were made with new, treated wood. It's the only part of the property that wasn't recycled. Dock is the largest in Old Mill Settlement which is grandfathered in. Developer wanted to put log cabins on all 82 lots but Disney World out bid him for the logs.
